Our Cottages

*  Sit on 1+ acre of very private property just hundreds of yards from the 80 degree turquoise waters of Pinney's Beach.

*  Luxury bed and bath linens as used exclusively at the five-star Hotel Dupont; Wilmington, Delaware.   

*  Air conditioned.  Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and great rooms.
*  Beautiful Anderson French Doors that open up onto a deck that overlooks the beautiful city of Basseterre, St Kitts.  

*  American Florim "Encore Collection" 18"x18" porcelain tile throughout. 

*  Kitchen cabinetry made of solid mahogany and teak high end furniture.  Stove, refrigerator, and microwave.  Granite countertops.

 

 Our Uniquely Decorated Cottages:

     

       I.   "Casa D'Lights"   A 2-bedroom single cottage

      The beautiful lights of Basseterre, St Kitts glow spectacularly at night, making this one of the best views on Nevis.  While you might get a similar view way up the mountain, why not get the view while still being able to walk to the famous Pinney's Beach?  We think it's a no-brainer.  The interior is a collage of tranquil blues, bold blues, and off-whites. Tastefully decorated with a casual Caribbean flair.  It's one of our favorites!

               

       III.   "Tranquility"  A 1-bedroom duplex cottage

      Maui is what inspires "Tranquility."  Who wouldn't like to go to Hawaii and live for awhile, free from the hustle bustle of the city life?  Well, Maui is about as good as it gets!  Taking our cue from Nelson's Spring and Lagoon right near the property, we couldn't help but get excited about decorating this cute one bedroom, one bath, full kitchen unit.  If you like blue, and pastels are your preference, then this is the one bedroom for you!

               

      IV.  "Coming Back"  A 1-bedroom duplex cottage

        We think you'll find this cottage's name right on target.  After riding horses on the beach, savoring fresh seafood in your own kitchen, indulging in a few select beverages on the deck, tackling the rainforest, diving to the coral reefs, and meeting the charming Nevis people for a week, you'll be back.

              

 

Our cottages have access to Pinney's Beach down a small agricultural trail. It is approximately 500 yards, and easy to walk the trail. Once there, Pinney's Beach is 3 miles long, and we are in the middle of this beautiful beach. It is unspoiled, clear 80 degree water, and the sand is oh so soft.

 

This sign is about 100 yards in front of our cottages, and leads you down to the one and only trail gate.

     

   

 

 

Here is the trail gate. Make it through here, and the rest is a piece of cake. The beach awaits!!
